Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking a qualified Contractor with expertise and current experience in pension benefits administration (both legal and operational) to revise, update and redesign retirement plan description summaries in plain and easily understood language. Treasury requires a Contractor to update and revise the District of Columbia_s Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for the D.C. Police Officers and Firefighters_ Retirement Plan, the D.C. Teachers_ Retirement Plan, and the D.C. Judges_ Retirement Plan. The (SPDs) must be legally accurate, reflect current law, the regulations, policies and procedures currently in effect, and be in conformance with the U.S. Code and D.C. Code. The timeframe for completion of this contract is thirty-four (34) weeks after award.
