Description
The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking a qualified Contractor with expertise and current experience in pension benefits administration (both legal and operational) to revise, update and redesign retirement plan description summaries in plain and easily understood language. Treasury requires a Contractor to update and revise the District of Columbia_s Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for the D.C. Police Officers and Firefighters_ Retirement Plan, the D.C. Teachers_ Retirement Plan, and the D.C. Judges_ Retirement Plan. The (SPDs) must be legally accurate, reflect current law, the regulations, policies and procedures currently in effect, and be in conformance with the U.S. Code and D.C. Code. The timeframe for completion of this contract is thirty-four (34) weeks after award. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
