Description

The US Army Topographic Engineering Center at Alexandria, VA intends to award on a sole source basis to Optech Incorporated for System Support of the Rapid Terrain Visualization (RTV) Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) Sensor System. Support of the system requires the maximum amount of knowledge and expertise pertaining to the mechanics and functionality of the system. Support will include but not be limited to in-flight sensor operation and post-flight data processing; serving as system advisor/troubleshooter. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. Note 22 applies.
