Description

Provide hotel/motel rooms for cadets of the US Military Academy. Rooms will be needed within reasonable driving distance to Fort Campbell, KY. Contractors will need to be listed in the National Master List of Fire Safe Hotels and Motels, per the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (PL101-391). Rooms will need to be standard double bed rooms. 13 rooms will be needed for the arrival date of 3 June 2001 with a departure date of 19 June 2001; 20 rooms will be needed for the arrival date of 4 June 2001 with a departure date of 3 July 2001; 21 rooms will be needed for the arrival date of 9 July 2001 with a departure date of 9 August 2001; and 13 rooms will be needed for an arrival date of 18 July 2001 with a departure date of 2 August 2001. Request for Quotations (RFQ) DAAG60-01-T-0188 will be issued on or about 14 May 2001 with offers due by 22 May 2001. Copies of the solicitation may be requested from the Contract Specialist via e-mail or facsimile. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The sic code applicable to this procurement is 7011 with a size standard of $5 Million. To be eligible for award, offerors must be on the National Master List of Fire Safe Hotels and Motels and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible sources may submit an offer wiich will be considered.
