Description

The project consists of construction of a trailhead at the end of the Corral Creek Road, FDR 137. Work includes installing Government-furnished concrete vault comfort station and curb stops. The contractor shall construct roadway, parking lot, picnic use sites and all appurtenances. The project includes obliterating 100 feet of existing roadway. The project is located on the Ketchum R.D. The project is approx. 8 miles northeast of Ketchum. The project may be accessed from FDR 137 via Trail Creek Road. Est. start date is 7/10/01 with 120 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
