Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is issued IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to ITT Industries IGBT Modulator Board, ITT Giffillan part number 143590-1, quantity 2 each. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be made based on technically acceptable low bids. "Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government".
