Description

Q-Gerneral Cardiac Catheterization Space and Ancillary Support Services Provide all space utilized in a cardiac catheterization lab and/or Electro-Physiology lab, as well as use of all ancillary cath lab personnel, pharmacy charges, EKG's, and respiratory therapy services. All supplies and equipment required for the indicated procedure and all post catheterization care with continuous monitoring by R.N. for minimum of 4-hours in cath lab recovery setting. The VA will provide a Board Certified Invasive Cardiologist to perform the indicated procedures and generate the required physician reports. The VA will have succeeded in obtaining the proper credentialing at the Contracting Institution and will also be credentialed with clinical privileges at VA West Palm Beach, FL. NAIC 622110 apply to this solicitation. The issue date for this RFP is on or about May 25, 2001. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing.
