- The USACE, New Orleans District has a requirement for clearing and grubbing, constructing compacted fill levee embankment, partial demolition of existing structures and removal of components thereto, placing reinforcement geotextile, placing surfacing material on the levee crown, fertilizing, seeding, and mulching and all other incidental work thereto, in the Atchafalaya Basin, Levee West of Berwick, Wax Lake East Drainage Structure Closure, St. Mary Parish, LA.
