Description

Work under this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals neccessary for the construction of one new home. All construction to be in accordance with Bureau of Indian Affairs, Home Improvement Program, Cateogory C Guidelines. Total construction cost of a new home is between $25,000-$70,000. Due to this project being a private home, not a public dwelling, the Davis-Bacon and Miller Act do not apply. The project location is Mayetta, Kansas; Jackson County. Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, June 18, 2001 at 3:30 pm, central time, in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office.
