Re: CBD Submission No. 50L5P6, dated May 8, 2001, 18:23. Blackwood Creek Stream Restoration Project located on the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit. Following is a brief description of how the project can be located; Hwy 80 to Truckee, CA., Hwy 89 to Tahoe City, south on Hwy 89 to Barker Pass Road, west on Barker Pass Road to Blackwood Creek stream crossing. Project site is upstream and downstream of Blackwood Creek crossing, approximately 1 mile upstream of the crossing and approximately 2 miles downstream of the crossing. The information required in the CBD shall be submitted on a SF-254 and SF-255 to the Tahoe National Forest, Contracting Department, 631 Coyote Street, Nevada City, CA. 95959 before June 7, 2001, 2:00 P.M.
