Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS),Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) is seeking experienced Hubzone, 8(a), and Small Business firms to provide technical support services for the Policy Information Center (PIC) which serves as DHHS's online repository for evaluation and evaluative research funded by DHHS and other Federal agencies, as well as the ASPE full service technical library, providing a full range of library services and related information services to ASPE staff. Services are to be provided on-site at the Humphrey Building in Washington, D. C., generally by three or fewer full-time individuals. Interested qualified firms should submit a written capability statement which demonstrates their ability to provide the services above. The systems operates on an Oracle base operating system using cold fusion applications. No solicitation documents are available. The NAICS Code is 561499. The deadline for submitting the capability statement is 3:00 p.m. local time June 1, 2001. See Note 25.
