Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends negotiate with McDonnell Douglas, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of The Boeing Company, for the procurement of efforts related to Operational Code Engineering Change Proposal (O-Code ECP) preparation. Included in the anticipated acquisition is associated labor and materials necessary to support the effort. Boeing is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the F/A-18E/F aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise and facilities necessary to accomplish this effort.
