Critical Application Item. Origin Inspection I/A/W QAP 003 Required. Delivery at origin, This requirement will result in a long term indefinite quantity contract , option to extend terms of contract (48 months). The intended source of supply is AMI Industries. Delivery is within 180 days ARO. This is a request for a written quote.
