Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Note 12 applies. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 08 June 2001 Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available.The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 10 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources include York International (CAGE 66935).
