Description

The South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, Audie L. Murphy Division, has a requirement for Fibrin Sealant Kits. The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to award a sole source consignment contract with 1 base year and four one year options for renewal to Haemacure Corporation. Haemacure is to provide two (2) Hemamix warming/stirring devices in exchange for the consignment of Hemaseel Fibrin Sealant kits, part numbers 110, 120, and 150. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later that 5:00pm, CST, May 31, 2001.
