Description
VA Puget Sound will issue a request for quote on or about June 6, 2001, for full maintenance service, preventative maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs services, of X-ray Film Processing equipment located at Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle and Tacoma Campuses, Washington. The NAICC code is 811219. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge on or about June 6, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by VA. Any amendments will be posted at the web site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and amendments. There will be two site inspections. Seattle Campus, 1660 South Columbian Way, Building 18, Room 117, Seattle, on June 20, 2001, at 10:00am. Tacoma Campus, 9600 Veterans Drive, Building 17, Room 112-A, Tacoma, on June 21, 2001, at 10:00am. Details are in the solicitation. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis.
