Description

This publication serves as a notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source contract with Pacific Whiting Conservation Cooperative for the Northwest Fisheries Science Center. The purpose of the proposed contract is to obtain data from a survey conducted of age 1 and 2 Pacific whiting to provide an index of pre-recruit whiting abundance within the area from Point Conception to Newport, Oregon. Pacific Whiting Conservation Cooperative is providing their industry expertise and trawling vessel to conduct this cooperative survey. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice represents the only official notice of such solicitation. See Numbered Note 22.
