Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and all other items necessary to publish and distribute "The Bayonet", a civilian enterprise newspaper with an abbreviated version of "The Bayonet" on the World Wide Web (www), Fort Benning, Georgia. Point of contact is Stephen Magner, Contract Specialist, (706) 545-2420. Work consist of publishing a weekly newspaper, delivery to each on Post family quarters, delivery to bulk distribution points, establish a www presence and maintain an updated and operational homepage. Unrestricted service contract to be awarded under a no cost agreement. Performance period of the Base period is 1 Oct 2001 to 31 Jul 2002 with four Option Years. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 Jun 2001, and will be available, at no cost, on the Fort Benning Homepage (www-benning.army.mil/doc) or by ordering on compact disk. All responsible offerors may submit offers which will be considered by this Agency.
