Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and supervision required, except those items specified as government-furnished, for the maintenance, repair, service and replacement of defective or worn parts of all components, devices and equipment required to maintain twenty-three (23) elevators located in various buildings at Fort Lee, VA. This requirement will be solicited as a Request for Proposal utilizing commercial acquisition procedures and will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The SIC Code is 8999, $5.0, the NAICS Code is 235990, $7.0. The period of performance is a base year of 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with 4 option years ending 30 September 2006. Hard copies of subject solicitation will not be mailed.
