Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed price/cost reimbursement Basic Ordering Agreement to Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems for Change Kits to retrofit changes to modify configuration items; engineering, prototyping and testing; installation of change kits; change kits to retrofit changes to or modify support equipment and spare and repair parts; spare and repair parts; support equipment; technical data and manuals; integration of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 with the F/A-18; and other engineering services in support of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 Countermeasures Receiving Set and related test program sets. Raytheon Company as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the ALR-67A(V)3 is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time frame.
