Description

Contractor is responsible to provide professional medical and related comprehensive Gynecological services to veteran patients at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18711. STAT consultants must be seen within one (1) hour; routine consultations must be seen within forty-eight (48) hours after notification. The base period of the contract will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. At the option of the Government, the right is reserved for four (4) one-year renewal option periods. Contractor personnel must be credentialed and priviledged by this agency prior to commencement of the contract. Request for the solicitation document must be in writing (facsimile requests are acceptable and should be transmitted to 570-821-7277). RFP will be issued on June 1, 2001 and offers are due no later than 2 pm, July 9, 2001.
