Description

Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools and qualified labor necessary to construct an office extension to Warehouse 66 B-Bay, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. The work involves the construction of an office extension approximately 15'-0" x 79'-0" to the southern end of an existing office located on the east loading dock of Warehouse 66 B-bay. The project includes the construction of 2x4 wood frame walls, wall installation, gypsum wall board, exterior wall sheathing, metal profiled exterior siding, vinyl double-hung windows, hollow-metal door unit, interior painting, suspended ceiling tile system, modular carpet tiles, interior electrical work, extension of an existing dry-sprinkler system and fire alarm protection. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Facilities Engineering Specification No. FEO-0019/01 and Drawing No. 4147.
