Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to renovate the second floor of building 67 and all of building 23 at the Boise VA Medical Center, Boise Idaho. The project will provide for some relocation of walls, floor tile abatement, finish upgrade, and other associated work in building 23 and two thirds of building 67 will be completely gutted and re-built to create an outpatient surgery suite. The suite will consist of two procedure rooms, a recovery room, a waiting room, bathrooms, and associiated spaces. Work will incude demolition, new walls, new finishes, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, fire sprinlers, and electrical modifications. All work shall be done is strict accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code for this procurement is 233320. Estimated cost rage is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. The estimated issue date for bid package is June 8, 2001. All requests for bid packages must be in writing to Pamela J.
