N68950-01-R-3743, Railroad Maintenance & Repairs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation. Work includes provisions of necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, gauges, parts, appurtenance, supplies and transportation necessary to perform maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance on railroad trackage complete and ready for use at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000.00 -- $2,000,000.00 The proposed contract listed here is a Small Business Set-Aside procurement.
