F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 165 each, 375 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 0 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery schedule without First Article Testing is 165 each, 250 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 0 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 and The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
