Description

70- ON-site maintenance of Tandem Series K20000 Servers and peripheral equipment. Requests for information shall be forwarded to the contact points cited above. Email requests preferred. Maintenance of Tandem equipment located at Jacksonville, FL and San Diego, CA. Products requiring maintenance are Tandem K20000 Servers plus pheripheral equipment. Coverage must be 24x7, 365 days, onsite, including holidays. On-site coverage response time is 4 hours from system request. Vendor is required to work through a critical problem until resolved. Vendor is required to provide immediate central help desk support access for critical system-down or application down calls, 24x7. Maintenance includes all labor and parts required to fully restore equipment functionality.
