Copies of this solicitation will only be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFPs" from the right hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. In addition, to receive E-MAIL NOTIFICATION OF SOLICITATIONS you must register with the USER PROFILE feature of the Gateway. Specification/patterns and/or other applicable documents can be obtained by contacting the buyer at 215-737-8705 or by e-mail at moroberts@dscp.dla.mil. The following Webbings will be procured: 175,200 yards of 1 inch, Camo Green 483 with Black Idenfication Yarn, 27,000 yards of 1/2 width, Sage Green 1531 with Black Identification Yarn and 15,600 yards of 1 inch, yellow AF shade 1365 with Black Identification Yarn. Prices are to be FOB Destination to Albany, GA depot. Production leadtime is 135 days after fdatedate of award for 12 deliveries. Webbing shall conform to MIL-W-5625K dated Aug 23, 1991 and Interim Amendment 1 dated Aug 8, 1996. Interim changes to the specification will be contained in Section C of the RFQ. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Origin. Shade evaluation of the webbing is also required. This RFQ will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
