Notice of intent to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with CC Lynch and Associates, Inc., for parts for a remote water quality monitoring station for the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge, Bell City, LA. The parts must be compatible with a YSI/MA Model 6200 Data Acquisition System with cellular modem connection and YSI sonde with depth temperature and conductivity. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Responses to this notice must be sent in writing to the address shown in Item 7, Attn: Shirley Fry or faxed to 404/679-4057. Responses must be received by May 25, 2001. If no response is received, an award will be made to CC Lynch and Associates, in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. *****
