Description

This is the complete description. Previous posting inedvertently had part of this description. Description: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the services of measuring the misuse of child safety seats among the general public. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, facilities and qualified staff to conduct this study. The Contractor shall focus on forms of misuse that reasonably can be expected to raise the risk of injury. This will involve reviewing definitions of misuse from an earlier NHTSA study (
