The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to = continue membership in the Cooperative Research Navies (CRNAV) Working = Group on Dynamic Stability through calendar year 2002. It is = anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be = issued for this membership to: Maritime Research Institute Netherlands = (MARIN) unless additional sources are located.
