Description

Chiller Replacement, Dayton Federal Building, 200 W. 2nd St., Dayton, Ohio. The contractor shall design and build the removal, and replacement of the existing chillers at the Dayton Federal Building and Courthouse in conformance with the requirements of this RFP. The RFP also requires related management and inspection services, and warranties/guarantees. Offers will be accepted from both large and small business concerns. The NIACS code is 235110, and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated cost is between $400,000 to $500,000. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
