Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and = supervision required to perform reconstruction of pavement at U.S. = Coast Guard Yard, Baltimore, MD. The required work includes removal = and disposal of existing bituminous concrete and unsuitable materials, = removal, stockpile and reuse of existing base course, and placement of = new base course and fiber reinforced concrete. Work shall be performed = adjacent to Bldgs. 20 and 85, and Mooring 2. All work shall be = performed in accordance with the specifications titled Reconstruction = of Pavement at U.S. Coast Guard Yard Baltimore, Maryland, Coast Guard = Drawings 02000, Sheets 1 ?3 of 3, and the terms and conditions of the = contract. The NAICS is 235710 (SIC Code 1771) size standard $11.5M. = This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in = accordance with the Small Business Demonstration Act.
