Project No: LXEZ 01-4227, The work includes demolition and removal of existing roofing and ceiling finishes; provision of steel roof trusses and purlins; provision of roof cement board sheathing with damp proofing; provision of roof clay tiles; provision of ceiling insulation; provision of painted gypsum board and acoustical tile ceiling finishes; provision for interior lighting; modification of existing ductwork and interior wiring system; and other related work necessary to provide a complete and usable facility in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
