Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct 450sf "Business Center" in existing ground floor space and remodeling of 120sf adjacent corridor. Work includes demolition of existing and installation of new wall, ceiling and floor finishes and construction of custom designed counter and computer stands. Finish work and craftsmanship are a primary concern for counter/stands to be fabricated from stainless steel, pear wood, aluminum, glass and other materials. Option work includes construction of new lobby security counter and magnetometer enclosure. The completion time is 120 calendar days. NAICS code is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
