- Negotiations will be conducted with Oxford Instruments America, Inc. to upgrade the X-ray/Image Analysis System associated with our Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The upgraded capability is unique to the developer, Oxford Instruments America, Inc.and the package is tailored for compatibility with our SEM equipment and will replace the existing Oxford hardware and software components, except for the SEM stage control unit. This notice is for informational purposes only. Requests for quotations are not available.
