This announcement constitutes the = only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written = solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a = request for quotes (RFQ) Submit written quotes (oral quotes/offers will = not be considered), on requisition F41636-01-TC-0254, to e-maill = address listed above or fax number (210) 671-1199. Project is the = purchase of computer equipment. Items are to be provided as follows: = DocuWare 4.1 Base License, P/N 090-400 (1 ea); DocuWare CD Maker, P/N = 090-410 (1 ea); DocuWare 10 User Concurrent Full Function 10 NL, P/N = 090-431 (1 ea); DocuWare Internet Servicer, P/N 090-600 (1 ea). = Substitutes not acceptable on DocuWare items. Also purchase the = following: Duplex Scanner: 90 ppm, SCSI card and cable; Canon DR 5020 = or equal (must be able to print 90ppm) (1 ea); DocuWare compatible CD = Recorder: 8 MB buffer size; 16x Write Speed, 10x Re-write speed, 4x = Read speed; SCSI Cable; Windows/MAC operating system; Yamaha CRW2100 or = equal. Specifications on offered substitutes for Duplex Scanner and CD = Recorder must be submitted for review and approval. Delivery is to be = within 30 days of award, to FOB destination 2261 Hughes Ave, Suite 122, = Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5138. This purchase is restricted to small = business, size 500 employees.
