Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, = materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to = perform 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week operations of the = Waste Water Treatment Plants at Shaw AFB, Sumter County SC and the = Wateree Recreation Area located in Kershaw County SC. Qualified = sources must be able to perform all operations and maintenance in = accordance with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental = Control (DHEC), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) = permit and the plant's Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual. = Performance period is expected to be 1 October 2001 through 30 = September 2002 with seven (7) one year option periods. The applicable = North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221320 = with a size standard of $5,000,000.00. This acquisition will be = solicited as full and open competition. Women owned and Small Disabled = Veteran businesses are strongly encouraged to participate in this = procurement.
