- Description
- This acquisition is to provide home-based service to families and children from birth to 3 years of age for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Education Programs (BIA OIEP). We intend to award to Parents as Teachers (PAT) because PAT has a researched based model for home-base services and past experience with the Indian Communities. Pat will provide general program development, and technical assistance to parent teachers at the school sites. The period of performance is July 1, 2000 June 30, 2002 with option to extend. Note 22 applies to this acquisition.
