Solicitation N00421-01-Q-0353 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 6 ea P/N LZS-750-3 POWER SUPPLY, CLIN 0002 Quantity 6 ea P/N LZS-500-3 power supply, CLIN 0003 Quantity 12 ea P/N LZS-1000-3 power supply, CLIN 0004 Quantity 3 ea P/N JWS-150-24A power supply, CLIN 0005 Quantity 6 ea P/N PROWATT 2500 12V DC power, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Must be brand name only. Award is expected 31 May 2001. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 30 May 2001 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
