Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Wyatt Technology Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, for the purchase of 1 Diode laser light source, 30mW, 18 angle digital signal processing light scattering detector, part #DAWN EOS, 1 Windows based data collection and analysis program, part #Software-Astra, 1 software package, part #Software-Dawn, 1 filter kit, part #900002-Chrom, 1 Ambient cell cleaning kit, part #900001-21Ambient, training, customer support, and a one year service contract.
