- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Honeywell Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, for the purchase of a Honeywell TALIN 2000 Inertial Reference System, a CDATS Software License (for use with TALIN 2000) and a CDATS PC card (for use with Talin 2000).
