Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement to acquire a Telecommunication Exploitation Tool (TET) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The TET shall perform telecommunication analyses and produce the results in the form of link analysis, time line charts, other graphic charts, tables and texts reports. The FBI anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for one (1) year and two (2) option years contingent upon FBI's need and availability of annual appropriated funding. The FBI intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) number 7329 for this need which will provide specific requirements and deliverables. Written requests for this solicitation should be submitted within 15 days from the date of this publication to Mrs. Melissa B. Holman, JEH-FBI Building, Room 8504, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20535. Solicitation package RFP-7329 will be released no sooner than 15 days after this publication.
