Description

The Naval Hospital of Charleston, SC intends to negotiate a sole-source award with Datex-Ohmeda, Madison, WI, 53707, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (award will be under $100,000.00) and under the authority of FAR part 6.302-l. This requirment, synopsized for informational purposes only, is for the required and optional accessories that make up the AESTIVA/5 7900 Anesthesia Machine and is not a request for quotations (RFQ). The determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, and contract shall be awarded without further notice.
