Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service = prepared IAW FAR 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as = included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the = solicitation; proposals are due by 4 June 2001, 2:00 PM. This = solicitation document and incorporated provisions & clauses are = governed by=20 FAC 97-26. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is = unrestricted. NAICS Code is 51331020, dOLLARS 45,000,000.00. Proposals = are requested for Solicitation FA2543-01-T0013. This proposed action = is a sole source to be awarded with AVAYA. This service must be = compatible with the existing AVAYA TELEPHONE SWITCH and must not = violate the software proprietary rights of AVAYA. Item 0001,Quanity 1 = JB. The contractor shall provide a MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT with the = right-to-use licenses for applicable AVAYA software to provide = Maintenance Service Permissions to the AVAYA Telephone Switch. AVAYA = will provide on site Service on a Time and Materials basis, access to = Technical Support Organization Support, 24/7 remote monitoring, and = alarm notification with recommendations for closure.
