This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation N00406-01-T-0805 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Closing dated for this solicitation is 11 June 01. CLIN 0001. Circuit Breaker, AQB-A102, NSN # 5925-01-454-4419, 500 VAC, 60HZ, 15-100 Amps. Body Style: 18B multipole-single actuator type. Pole Quantity: 3, Special features: The basic circuit breaker applies to 60 HZ or 400HZ and the current settings are adjustable to 15, 25, 50, 75, or 100 Amps, qty 30 EA. SPD Technologies or equal. CLIN 0002.Circuit Breaker, AQB-A103, 500VAC, 60HZ, 10-25 Amps, NSN #5925-01-455-8639. Pole Quantity 3: Special Features: The basic circuit breaker applies to 60HZ or 400HZ and the current settings are adjustable to 10, 12.5, 15, 20 or 25 Amps, qty 49 EA. Westinghouse or equal. CLIN 0003. Circuit Breaker, AQB-LF252, 500 VAC, 60HZ, W/250 Plug. Pole Quantity: 3. Insulate enclosure, switch board mounting, trip release method-electrical/mechanical, qty 1 Ea. SPD Technologies or equal. Delivery: Delivery is desired by 02 July 01. Place of Delivery, FOB Destination, is COMNAVAIRLANT, Ship Force Work Package Warehouse, 1180 Pocahontas St., Bldg. V-88, Doorway S9, Norfolk VA 23511-2123. Constructive Acceptance is Level 4, 7 days. The following provisions applies to this acquisition: 52.203(h) Publicizing and Response time; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (DEV) 5252.213-9402 .The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price, technically acceptable. A written notice of award of acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time of acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's expiration time, the government may accept an offer (or part of an offer) whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
