Description

This acquisition is for the procurement of 16 each CONTROL UNIT, GOVERNOR, NSN: 2990-01-470-2888, IAW Part Number 13230E6623. The solicitation number is DAAB07-01-Q-D632. Delivery of the control units by 31 Nov 2001, FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA, 17070. Early delivery at no cost to the Government is encouraged. Packaging and packing shall be IAW the contractor's best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Bar Code Markings are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC 39 and MIL-STD-129. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price. CD-ROM drawings are available. To request CD-ROM drawings e-mail the Contract Specialist with a copy furnished to the Contracting Officer via the electronic addresses provided below. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001AA (NSN: 2990-01-470-2888) Control Unit, Governor and CLIN 0002AA as a 100% Option Quantity valid for a period of 365 days from date of signed order. Award will be based upon the quote from the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Quotes are due not later than 1:30 PM, EDT on 29 June 2001.
