- Request for Quotations-The Consolidated Contracting Activity, VISN 21, has a requirement to purchase a portable fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing system; to include the following: 3.5 mm flexible endoscope;300-watt adjustable exnon light source; 3-lux ccd miniature camera; high band VCR tapes (1 case); 9"color monitor; collapsible case/cart; misc. cables/ accessories; an additional 3.5mm flexible endoscope; one service manual and two operator manual. The system is to be delivered to the Speech Pathology Department of the VA Outpatient Clinic at 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA
