Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract = to CyberTouch under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation = number 6TSA-01-JMT-0161. The solicitation document and incorporated = provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition = Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other = supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification = for Other than Full and Open Competition will be prepared in support of = this acquisition. This procurement is for Apogee Touch Screen Monitors, = QTY. 88. This procurement is for the Department of the Army, PM = Warfighter Information Network ?Terrestrial, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. The = proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the = Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under = authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest = and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This = notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals = received by close of business, 6/1/2001 will be considered by the = government. A determination by the Government not to compete this = proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within = the discretion of the government.
