Description

The Naval Regional Contracting Center, Naples Italy has a requirement for the Housing Department, NSA Naples, for the purchase of appliances for the Loaner Furniture Program. The resulting contract will be a fixed unit price IDIQ contract with a guaranteed minimum over the life of the contract of $10,000. The items are to be delivered in Naples within 20 days after placement of each order. The contract will be for a base ordering period and two one-year options, each with its own estimated quantity of items. The required items are "sole make and model" and no substitutes are acceptable. The government is required to maintain all the items and can only stock repair parts and maintain one type make and model of each item. Each year the items and quantities are as follows: Dishwasher: Whirlpool: ADP 955/2nwh/220 volt (quantity 100) Air Conditioners: De Longhi/PQ120 EXCF30/220 volt (quanity 50) Stoves: Ignis/NK96RBL/Gas (quantity 250) Combo Washer/Dryer: Whirlpool/AWG 340/220 volt (quantity 10) Dryers: Whirlpool/AWZ125/220 volt (quantity 100) Stackable Washers/Dryers: Whirlpool/AWG234 + AWG125 + Install kit; 220 volt (quantity 75) Freezers: Whirlpool/AFG073G/220 volt (quantity 75) Washers: Whirlpool/AWM570/220 volt (quantity 100) One award will be made for all items. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror. Only those offerors providing the sole make and models identified will be considered. Numbered Note 12 applies.
