Description

Parachute Containers, Automatic Deployment Devices and Reserve = Parachutes. This is a sole source procurement with Sun path Products, = Inc. as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Items include javelin, = ring harness option, pinstripes on A-E, pinstripe on pilot chute cap, = handle-hackey sack, custom monogram, adjustable main lift web option, = comp grips, cypress aad assembly and lpu cover. This is a combined = synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in = accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with = additional information included in this notice. This announcement = constitutes the only request for quotation; quotes are being requested = and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This = procurement is issued as unrestricted and all offers will be = considered. NAICS Code: 314999 DELIVERY: Items are to be delivered by = 1 Sep 01. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect = through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. FAR provision 52.212-1, = 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition.
