Description

DESC: DSCC plans to award a sole source contract modification for a 12-month extension, with two 6-month options, to IIT Research Institute under Contract SP0700-97-D-4001. DSCC believes that IIT Research Institute is the only source with the required experience and capabilities to perform this effort within the period of performance required. Performance will involve maintaining AMPTIAC, the DoD center of expertise for advanced materials and processes technology information for an extended 12 month period of performance, with two 6 month options. The contract effort will include, but not be limited to collection, review, analysis, appraisal, and summary of the available scientific and technical information and data within the scope of the AMPTIAC's competence and concern.
